DESCRIPTION 

BAG BATTLE 

An adrenaline pumping take-no-prisoners workout that will develop your striking technique and put your stamina to the test. 

SQUAD TRAINING

All levels welcome where under the strict supervision of the coach you will be put through a workout containing all principles of boxing, circuits, plyometrics, callisthenics, the list goes on! Prepare to change your body shape. Get abs of steel along with nerves of steel.

BOOT CAMP

One of our resident PT's will take you through your paces when you're feeling it’s all becoming an uphill struggle, get some fresh air in those lungs and join us for our weekly runs and workouts in the cliff parks, you’ll run the steps like Rocky but without the raw eggs. .all levels welcome!

TEAM LOCKER ROOM

Blood sweat and tears! Glove up for sparring and mix it with the pros. Sessions will contain public workouts and fight preparation squad training…not for the faint hearted!

MUAY THAI WORKOUT

Led by Gavin Spicer thai pad training is one of the cornerstones of Muay Thai workouts. The other things are focus mitts, sparring and heavy bag work combined with strength and conditioning. Warming up before workouts for Muay Thai is mandatory.

K1 KICKBOXING

K-1 is a martial arts fighting sport which fuses centuries of tradition from martial arts such as karate, kung fu, tae kwon do and kickboxing into a thoroughly modern and electrifying workout led by our 3 times world silver medallist kickboxing champion Anthony Hill.

Half hour slots available for us to show you any equipment inductions you need or simply want advice on your training or nutrution Please refer to time slots on booking sheet on reception.

CHISEL BOOTCAMP

Exclusive to the Locker Room and directed by James Chisholm our award winning bootcamp combines old school tactics with cutting edge equipment to forge a body to go, not just show. Swinging sledgehammers and flipping tyres may not look pretty but as our members can attest, the results are! To see a rainbow, we all have to endure a little rain. For booking and availability please enquire at reception as spaces are limited!
